Tomorrow night at Qualcomm Stadium, all the College Football community is going to witness the first College Bowl of this ending 2007 College Football season.

The contenders are Utah Runnin’ Utes and Navy Midshipmen suit; both teams are 8-4 during the regular season. Thanks to the victory over North Texas 74-62 on Nov.10, the Midshipmen clinched a spot in the bowl game. This was also the highest scoring game in College Football history.

This will be a contrast game; Navy has great offense while Utah leads with their big and strong defense. This will definitely be a great matchup.

Utes’ offense is not that bad, there’s lots of talent for example quarterback Brian Johnson scored ten passing yards and nine interceptions this 2007 season. Also the top rusher of the MWC Darrell Mack scored 231carries for 1128 yards and accounted for ten of the unit’s sixteen rushing scores.

Regarding Utah’s defense, they made a great job this season permitting only 189.4 YPG, making them the 15th in the country. This 2007 their score defense gave up a mere of 15.6 PPG, in terms of pass efficiency they marked 94.47 and their run defense allowed only 130 YPG, limiting their opponents to less than 100 yards on the games. Not bad!!

Now for four consecutive seasons, Navy has been one of the best College Football Teams in rushing leading the country once more. Quarterback Kaipo-Noa Kaheaku-Enhada is one of the players that have made an effort to put up his team. With Kaheaku-Enhada leading, the team registered 51 scores on the ground and 11 touchdowns.

But also Eric Kettani and Zerbin Singleton scored nine each and Shun White who is an incredible College player averaged a total of 8.2 yards whenever he had the chance

So far, so good don’t you think?

I hope you get notes of all this important points in order to make a good decision. On who to bet on?
