The case against Roger Clemens and many other members of the MLB continues with no mercy and every second seems to be against the defended.
Yesterday the turn was for pitcher Andy Pettitte who said until fatigue hitted him, that he apologizes for all the bad decisions he made regarding the HGH (Human Growth Hormone) and he did apologize to Clemens for what he has said.
Pettitte’s time for explanations had duration of 55.5 minutes. But I personally think that Andy’s explanation was not enough for the authorities and other members reunited in that room.
This situation is right now like a big truck with no brakes running down the hill destroying every single obstacle on his path, the only way they can get free themselves from all of this, is that the people who started all of this tell the truth with no restrictions at all.
Even though Pettitte’ friendship with Clemens is today a big question mark, his teammates and the New York Yankees franchise received Andy with open arms.
The situation between Pettitte and Clemens started when Andy corroborated the allegations that were mentioned in the Mitchell report. He said that Clemens did use the famous drug and since that they haven’t spoke at all.
This is a really weird situation because in a press conference he said… “I love him like a brother.” So if that’s true why did he open his mouth to support all the comments that were said against him if he knows that with such actions his “buddy” can loose not only his brilliant career but his freedom?
Now Pettitte is trying to apologize to all of the MLB community, fans and those who are his followers since a long time ago. But I see this as hypocrite actions from Pettitte because he demonstrated that he has no respect for a friendship, though he wants to apologize?
I don’t know if his recent arguments are just fraudulent, maybe he’s just tired and wanting to go back to his normal life, but one thing I’m sure of, is that when you do wrong things in your life…. The time will come when you have to pay the bills…
