Apparently Dwyane Wade will miss the rest of this 2008 NBA season, due to a surgery on his left knee that was causing him serious problems for alomost a year.
He needs some time out of the field to get rehabilitate from the surgery that was practiced on him to repair the damage that was provoking him a lot of pain.
Now he will receive a powerful shock wave treatment to start getting the movement of his left leg and also this treatment will help Wade to avoid the pain that this illness is evokes.
This kind of treatment will limit Wade’s movement to a passive exercise during the first 30 days, after this period of time he can start doing all the activities related to basketball.
As we all know Wade is a player of the Miami Heat NBA team, they were beat by Los Angeles Clippers yesterday night.
Of course the Heat authorities know with anticipation that they won’t make any good record this season after Wade’s was sidelined. But is there any possibility to make a good work with out Wade?
This is not only about Wade; I mean is about a team work. Coach Pat Riley most be very careful on what he says and also he shouldn’t underestimate his other players.
But let’s hope they can do something better than they are predicting at this point of the NBA season. One thing is for sure, you will live of what you talk… and this is why they shouldn’t make this kind of predictions, instead of that they most be talking of how positive they are now that due to injuries a crucial key is sidelined.
This has been a difficult season for Dwyane who has suffered many painful injuries. Last February he suffered of a dislocation of his left shoulder and then came back to play the last games of this regular NBA season.
The important part of this situation is that everyone is aware of the serious situation of Wade even he said: “I can still go out there and play,” “But I can’t be as good, or as whatever I am, as I want to be.”
It’s better to go slow, but with a clear step…
