The playoffs already started and with it the run of every NBA team to have spot in the final fight for the Champions Title. Every single player is doing their best and last effort to give his NBA team the opportunity to win the honor and glory the Championship brings; but not all of them will achieve the task.
We saw yesterday that the Cleveland Cavaliers are better than ever, especially NBA star player LeBron James, who definitely gave us one of his best performances in this 2007-08 NBA season.
James also showed that he is not an overrated player as some people said. He definitely knows how to manage the ball and the basket, no doubt at all.
Now continuing with what happened yesterday in the game between the San Antonio Spurs and the Phoenix Suns where Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker brought their team the hope of wining the NBA Champions Title for the second consecutive season.
Parker scored 32 points while Ginobili added 29 and not done with this, Mr. Duncan made a 3 pointer play taking the victory for the Spurs limiting the Suns’ players at any moment in the field.
Even great Steve Nash recognized that they play poor and discoordinated, thing that made them loose on a game that was traditionally “the Suns Game”.
Now the common phrase in this case is “it just happened to be in the playoffs” but I don’t think that way, I mean is the last run for the final and they should tried not to miss one if they really want to do something important at the end of the season.
This is what Nash said: “We had beaten them three straight times, now they’ve beaten us twice; it just happened to be in the playoffs“, “We’re just going to have to play really well at home and get back on a streak.”
Shaquille O’Neal didn’t do much and this means that the only hope the Suns has. Now they know that he couldn’t take their team off the ashes.
