The New England Patriots was one of the best NFL team last season; as a matter of fact, this was the only NFL team that was undefeated during the regular season.

Unfortunately they felt on the last battle but with all the honor of a big fighter.

They were fined due to video tapes that were found on their own, spying other NFL teams while they were on their private practicing.

Lots of commotion started to round this amazing NFL team and they were charged for a big amount of money.

Finally the former of the Patriots assistant Matt Walsh will have a meet with the NFL commissioner called Roger Goodell to finally discuss about the videotaping of their opposing teams.

The purpose of this meeting is to put an end to the Spygate investigation that was formed against the Patriots and also to return any other tape that he has regarding this topic.

Bill Belichick has denied overall the existence of those tapes but is Mr. Walsh who as the last word in this case.

Here are some of the Pats reactions:

“Today, Mr. Walsh and the National Football League reached an agreement under which the NFL will provide legal indemnification and a release of claims against Mr. Walsh relating to his employment by the Patriots and the Patriots’ videotaping operations,” said Walsh’s lawyer, Michael Levy of McKee Nelson LLP. “I am pleased that we now have an agreement that provides Mr. Walsh with appropriate legal protections. Mr. Walsh is looking forward to providing the NFL with the materials he has and telling the NFL what he knows.”

“The New England Patriots are pleased to learn that Matt Walsh is finally willing to come forward to meet with the NFL,” the team said in a statement. “We are eagerly anticipating his honest disclosures to commissioner Goodell next month and the return of all the materials he took during his time of employment.

“We fully expect this meeting to conclude the league’s investigation into a damaging and false allegation that was originally levied against the team on the day before this year’s Super Bowl.”

Let’s hope the best out of this delicate situation for the league image.
