We all want to know what happened to “King James” from the Cleveland Cavaliers during the game against the Boston Celtics.
Certainly that was not his night; he gave us one of the worst performances since he started his basketball career. LeBron James was disconnected and his uncoordinated actions made of him one of the most hated NBA players.
For the Cavaliers’ disgrace, James missed 16 of 18 shots finishing with 12 points and just ten turnovers.
But not only King James missed the plays and missed opportunities to defeat their contenders the Boston Celtics, also two great players were bad too, Paul Pierce and great Ray Allen.
For example it was amazing to see Allen scoreless for the first time in his NBA career, ending a record of 852 games where he got into the score column.
Now the “worrying thing” here is that they are on the playoffs and every second counts as if they were near to death. This means that there’s no time to miss plays or points if you want to get off the NBA season with a good record.
Let’s also remark that Pierce linked with James Posey made a miserable game night for James; as they tried to weaken every new opportunity that LeBron was given on the court, and they certainly succeeded.
What did King James said about this game?
“I know I can make those shots,” James said. “I missed layups. Those are layups I’ve made my whole life.”
There’s no doubt that even LeBron didn’t know what happened to his player skills. It was really easy to beat the Celtics but it wasn’t the Cavaliers night at all.
Weird things of real life, don’t you think?
