San Antonio is smashing the Hornets

San Antonio Spurs showed yesterday night that they are one of the NBA teams that will smash all the slips on their way to the victory. On yesterday’s game, they keep their title defense alive.

This NBA season was not too good for the San Antonio Spurs who almost lost their pass to the NBA playoffs, but in these last games they have run desperate to maintain the light on of his fans to be once again the NBA Champions.

Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker are the best examples of this run; they have used all their energy and all their knowledge to not defraud their NBA fans.

While Duncan scored 20 points and 15 rebounds, Manu Ginobili added 25 points and of course to complete the scene Parker added fifteen points and thanks to this the Spurs won 99-80 over the New Orleans Hornets.

Due to the final score of this game, the Western Conference will have another game to define who will represent this conference to decide the next champion of the season. Game 7 will take place in New Orleans next Monday, giving both NBA teams the opportunity to rest for three days.

Regarding the Hornets, there were players that worked really hard to increase their team’s score but what definitely brought them down was this quarter where San Antonio took the whole control of the ball.

But of course I would like to recognize the work of these NBA players, by mentioning David West who scored ten points (he left the game with an apparently injury on his back), Chris Paul who added also 21 points making him the leader of his team and to complete this I would like to mention Tyson Chandler with fourteen points.

The Hornets are really calm because they know that Game 7, will be play in their court but this has nothing to see with the final score of this game, isn’t it?

Who will win?

  1. At home both teams look beyond good or great but simply out of this world.

Many would say that NO will win game 7 but never count the champions out just yet. I’m thinking a surprise is awaiting for us….

I would love to hear your thoughts/opinion about the game….
